Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All items are made to order. If pre-made, it will be stated in the “details” section of that product. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing before your order ships. Each piece is printed and/or distressed by hand to ensure quality and uniqueness.

During drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 


 

2. Shipping Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

 

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

 


 

3. Total Delivery Time

Because every piece is hand-finished, please allow 1–2 weeks total from the date of purchase to receive your order.

 


 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


 

5. Address & Size Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. As well as making sure they have entered the correct size. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses; and sizes.

 


 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 


 

7. International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
